If you book our taxi from the airport and your flight is delayed, you will NOT be charged for any waiting time. However, you will be charged £10.00 to cover car parking and telephone calls.

Is your taxi comfortable?

Our car is air conditioned, has plenty of legroom and will be driven with your comfort in mind. Our door-to-door taxi service makes sure that you will not be required to wait in the rain, stand while travelling or sit on your suitcase. Our car holds up to seven passengers and can also carry an empty wheelchair.

How about my luggage?

The Ford Tourneo comes with ample space for your luggage. Even with seven passengers on board, there should be no problem fitting all your cases in the back of the car.

Do you work on Bank Holidays?

Yes, we work on Bank Holidays. There are no extra charges for Bank Holidays. However, a surcharge of 50% will be required during the Christmas period starting at 18:00 on Christmas Eve and ending at 03:00 on 27th of December. There will also be a surcharge of 50% for local journeys on New Year’s Eve from 18:00 to 06:00 on New Year’s Day. There are no extra charges for journeys made after midnight on any other day.

What are the payment methods you accept?

The fastest method of payment is to pay via card over the telephone. However, Livingstone Private Hire Taxi also accept cheques. Contact us for more information.
